Camay Hammond (Zumba/adult fitness) studied Zumba in Puyallup, WA and instantly fell in love with it. The Latin beats moved her in ways she didn’t know she could and she discovered the most fun & effective style of fitness. She became passionately addicted to Zumba, as many people do, and now she is so excited to bring Zumba to MVDPAC! Camay cannot stress enough the fact that you don’t have to be a dancer or in top physical shape to have a great time in her class.
